This wonderful group of music makers range in age from 20’s to “it none of your business!” Much like the Youth choir we enjoy preparing music of all kinds. We support each other in our joys and sorrow, our ups and downs. We have a strong desire to serve the Lord and the church with our music. We like a good laugh, a beautiful piece of music, and a great dessert.

Empties4Cash

Don’t Throw Away Those Empty Inkjet Cartridges!

Recycle Inkjet   —   Reduce Pollution   —   Raise Funds

First Presbyterian Church’s Mission Commission is piloting a fundraiser called Empties4Cash.  Rather than just throw away your inkjet cartridges, we are asking for a donation of your empty inkjet cartridges to turn them into cash for our missions. Empties4Cash, a recycling and fundraising program will pay us for all of the acceptable inkjet cartridges that we return to them. They accept HP, Lexmark, Compaq, Apple, Xerox, Dell and Canon cartridges which have a print head (the copper part).

All you have to do is to put your empty cartridge in a Ziploc bag or the original box and place it in the collection box in the church office hallway. The Mission Commission will do the rest. Not only will you be recycling and helping the environment, but you will be helping First Presbyterian with its mission endeavors as well!  Thanks for your help with this NEW PROGRAM!   - Your Mission Commission.

UPPER ROOM Daily Devotional Guides are available in the bookrack near the church office.  Regular size print are $1.00 each and large print are $2.00.  Copies of THESE DAYS are available at a cost of $1.50.
