 An after school program for Boys and Girls in grades 1-6.

Wednesdays, 4:00-7:00 pm

(Group 1) Grades 1-3    (Group 2)  Grades 4-6

 This is the Choir Training And Christian Faith Development Program you have been looking for!

Church membership is not required.

4:00 pm—4:30 pm Snack and free play/relax time

4:00 pm—5:30 pm 4-6 graders will have Handbell Choir and Christian Education

4:30 pm—5:30 pm 1-3 graders will have Singing Choir

5:30 pm—6:00 pm Dinner in Fellowship Hall (still $2.00 per person)

6:00 pm—7:00 pm The 1-3 graders will have Christian Education while the 4-6 graders have Singing Choir.

Choir:  There is an occasional fee per student to cover the cost of the music training workbooks.

Kids today have a pretty tough  world in which to live.  Often times we, as parents, wonder how can we make a difference in our child’s life.

Being part of Wednesdays at First can help your child find the right path.

Through the two components of the Wednesday program your child will have excellent Christian Faith Development and wonderful Choir and Music Training.

Gregory H. Largent, the Director of Music Ministries at First Presbyterian Church, has been training young musicians for over 30 years.  His singers have gone on to excel in High School and College Choirs.  He believes that Church Music is a joyous experience and one of the best ways to give a Child a foundation in the Christian Faith.  He teaches the “Learning to Ring Handbells” and the Choir for the 4-6 graders.

Becky Moore is the 1-3 grade Choir Director.
